Who is a person with a disability?
- a person with a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more of life’s major activities;
- a person with a record of such an impairment
- a person who is regarded as having a physical or mental impairment regardless of whether that impairment substantially limits one or more of life’s major activities.
